Home remedies for Leg Pain:

Pain in knees, foot or any other part of the leg can be caused due to many factors like accident, injury or damage in the leg nerve.

Home remedies for Leg Pain:

Bath of Epsom salt is known to be an effective home remedy to relieve the pain in leg.

Vinegar is known to be a pain relieving agent. Dip a cloth in vinegar and apply on affected parts to get rid of leg pain. This would reduce the pain and discomfort too.

Consume 1-2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds followed by a glass of water to cure the leg pain.

Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and boil it with diluted milk. Drink this concoction before going to bed.

Massage with oils and steam baths are also known to be beneficial in treating the pain in the leg and knees.

10 grams of camphor can be mixed with 200 grams of mustard oil and kept in a bottle. It would be better to use a glass bottle. Keep the bottle with the mixture in sun till the camphor dissolves completely. Massaging the affected areas with this mixture can provide great relief from leg pain.

Eat four to five walnuts on an empty stomach to get rid of leg pain.

Wrapping red fennel on the affected areas can help to reduce the pain and decreases the swelling also.

Coconut oil is an effective home remedy for treating leg pain. A massage with warm coconut oil can prove beneficial to reduce the intensity of the pain. Mustard oil can also be used instead of coconut oil.

A paste of turmeric, lemon and salt can also be used to treat leg pain.

Ice packs can be applied to treat leg pains caused due to sprains.

Consumption of cod liver oil is also an effective home remedy for curing all the types of leg pain.

Boil 2-3 teaspoons of pure saffron in half cup of water. Drink this mixture twice or thrice a day to reduce the leg pain.

Clove oil is also known to be an effective home remedy for curing leg pain. This provides immediate relief from the pain.

Ginger possesses pain relieving properties. Include ginger in your daily diet to get rid of muscular pains in the leg.
