Natural treatments for Back Pain

Back pain can lead to any kind of pain or discomfort in the rear portion of your trunk. Lower back pain can be severe and annoying. Stretch both of your hands in front of the body while inhaling. Stretch your hands as far as you can. Hold it for 30 seconds and then get back to the standing erect position while exhaling.
